I am having problems paying with credit card using PayPal. Can you help?

There are several tips for paying with Credit card using PayPal.

When you have completed the order at our web site and you are transferred to the PayPal web site you may be asked to login or pay using credit card. To pay with credit card you do not have to login to PayPal look for he section of the web site that allows you to pay by credit card.

When completing the payment information at PayPal make sure the information requested matches exactly what is on the credit card, as PayPal verifies the credit card before allowing payment.

Once an order is complete PayPal will send an email receipt showing verification of payment.

Our main problem last year was being able to fill last minute orders since the production turnaround was one month. So our strategy this year is to get as many orders filled before October 1st and use those funds to purchase Magnets to have on hand for last minute orders and reorders! Back to Questions.

Questions About Nativity Sets

1. What is the Nativity set made of?

The sets are made of 3/8" PVC (plastic material). The sets are self supporting and hold up well in the wind although we do recommend securing the back of the set with a couple wooden stakes.

2. When can I order a nativity set?

Nativity sets are typically constructed over the summer and made available in the fall. Our target availability date this year is tentatively set for 10/15/08. Pre-orders are accepted through the web site order page and fulfilled once the sets are complete.
